Processing Time
Most orders will be processed within 10 business days of placing an order. Please allow more time for large orders or custom work. You will get an email when your order ships.
Shipping policies
We will ship according to your choice of the options available at checkout. Michael Amis/Michael Amis Studio is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in shipping.
Foreign Deliveries/Foreign Credit Cards (not US)
Currently our website is not playing nicely with our shipping program and if you would like your item shipped out of the United States you will need to contact me for a shipping quote and the order will be processed by credit card over the phone. Payments will be in US dollars so cards based in other currencies may be charged a conversion fee.
Unpacking Your Item
The curly stem on the pumpkins and the carrot nose on the snowmen are the most fragile part of the piece. When you unwrap your item do so on a table by cutting through the tape and gently unwinding the bubble wrap. Do not try to pull the item out of the bubble wrap without unwinding it. Do not handle your pumpkin by its stem.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted, but contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order.
Items Damaged in Transit
I will pack your purchase with care and experience. I’ve shipped thousands of glass items over the years and rarely had a problem. If your item does arrive damaged, take a picture of it and the packaging it came in and contact me within 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll go from there. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we’ve talked.
